Ken Gordon is a Principal with Halifax West. Ken has held various operational, strategic, and managerial roles. He was previously COO of CSSI, Inc., managing a $75 million P&L and 300 employees, and founded Antelum Capital Partners, a private equity fund for scaling privately held companies.

 

Ken has also directed strategic planning at Raytheon and served as Special Assistant to the Under Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon. His earlier career includes roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and The Aerospace Corporation. He mentors at the Founder Institute, lectures at various universities, and has appeared on Fox Business News. Ken is Past President of the National Defense Industrial Association Washington, D.C. chapter, an Associate Fellow of the AIAA, and a member of several honor societies. He has been honored with the Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service. His educational background includes an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Engineering from the University of Southern California.

 

Given his track record and strategic approach to managing investments, Ken Gordon contributes to Halifax West's advisory services by leveraging his expertise to help companies enhance their market position, optimize operational processes, and navigate growth. This involves close collaboration with management teams to ensure a smooth operational transition to position for sustained success when facing new ownership and/or capital structures.
