Embracing Strength and Community: A Journey with Pemphigus

I am deeply grateful for the unwavering love and support you have shown, not only to me but also to the International Pemphigus and Pemphigoid Foundation (IPPF). You are making an incredible impact, and I am profoundly thankful for this amazing community that stands with me and so many more.

The picture below was drawn by my daughter when she was ten years old. This drawing is a treasure that I will cherish forever. Not only is it an adorable picture but it's a reminder of how our children perceive us and how our actions shape their world. It’s incredible to see how our resilience and determination become examples for them, influencing how they navigate their own lives.

I had the famous "I Hate Pemphigus" shirt made at a kiosk in our local Westfield Mall. When the kind gentleman behind the counter asked about the story behind it, I shared my journey with Pemphigus. Moved by what he heard; he insisted on giving the shirt to me for free. It was a simple, yet profoundly touching gesture that I will never forget.

Your support fuels our strength and hope. Together, we are making a difference. Thank you for being a part of this journey.
