Los Angeles, CA, January 2025 — Halifax West is pleased to announce its acquisition of Innovation Mold & Design, Inc. (IMD), a Wisconsin-based, high-quality plastic injection mold manufacturer providing solutions to the OEM market and precision custom molders.

About IMD Founded in 1979, IMD is a mold manufacturer located in Germantown, Wisconsin, northwest of Milwaukee.

IMD specializes in a variety of mold builds from single-cavity Prototype molds to multi-cavity, 2-shot & stack injection molds as well as reverse engineering and repair work for a variety of end markets. Known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and strong customer loyalty, IMD offers advanced technology, tight-tolerance capabilities, and in-house mold sampling, making it a leader in precision manufacturing.
