Join us in welcoming Carson Overfield, our latest addition to the Halifax West team! As our Investment Banking Spring Analyst, Carson takes the lead in crafting a dynamic business development process. Carson's expertise lies in offering tailored advice, be it on acquisitions, growth strategies, operational restructuring, capital investments, or fundraising initiatives. He will lead and curate a team of interns, to specialize in outreach to independent sponsors and financial service firms, aiming to forge impactful relationships.
Carson is a Tampa native whose entrepreneurial journey started early, from selling custom pencils in fourth grade to establishing a business building custom computers throughout high school.

As he works on his final semester studying finance at Florida Atlantic University, Carson brings his passion to the role of Investment Banking Analyst, with prior experiences at Equiturn and Merion. His expertise in buy-side M&A, capital raising, and mezzanine lending will undoubtedly elevate our team and allow him to grow his skills as he enters the Investment Banking world!
