We are delighted to announce the addition of Misha Levit to the Halifax West team as our newest Director! With over five years of experience in the financial services sector, Misha brings extensive expertise and a diverse skill set to our team.
Prior to joining Halifax West, Misha served as Vice President of Private Equity at Abacus Investments, where he played a pivotal role in leading transactions in Healthcare Services and Business Services sectors, ranging from $20 million to $125 million in Total Enterprise Value.
His previous experiences include working with Merion Investment Partners, where he honed his skills in credit transactions and fundraising, and Ames Watson, where he executed buyouts of distressed Brick & Mortar Retailers and Consumer companies.
Before venturing into financial services, Misha had a successful career in software engineering, developing healthcare-related software for prominent hospital systems in the USA.
Misha holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
