His impressive journey spans roles at start-ups, PE-backed conglomerates, and navigating private-to-public transitions.
Armed with an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a BA in Economics from Duke University, Amir has a proven track record. Prior to joining Halifax West, he served as VP Operations at Local Bounti, playing a key role in driving multi-site supply and demand alignment, instituting KPIs, and contributing to the company's successful public listing. His impactful contributions also include leading the financial planning & analysis team at View Inc, where he played a crucial role in the company's public offering.
Amir's diverse experience extends to independent consulting in the food and tech sector, financial leadership at BrightSource Energy, and assessing middle market opportunities at Primus Capital. His four-year stint at Lehman Brothers involved advising power and energy companies.
