Principal
As the leaders of our firm, Principals set the vision and direction for the company. They are responsible for high-level client relationships, strategic decision-making, and overall firm management, and driving growth and success. They oversee firm operations, provide executive advisory services, maintain key relationships with stakeholders and lead our deal and project sourcing efforts to identify new business opportunities.
Director
Directors manage multiple teams and ensure effective project & deal execution and delivery. They lead multiple complex projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and drive outcomes to meet client and firm objectives. They are responsible for strategic growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Vice President
Vice Presidents (VPs) oversee individual projects & deals and manage the day-to-day client relationships. They provide technical oversight in alignment with the client and firm’s objectives and expectations. They are responsible for the management of the engagement execution and have direct oversight over associates and analysts.
Associate
Associates manage analysts and student analysts, contributing to successful initiative and deal execution. They support senior management to analyze financial data, help develop client solutions, and business development. Associates also play a crucial role in guiding junior team members and participating in strategic planning.
Analyst
Analysts are responsible for conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and preparing reports to support client engagements. They ensure the information presented is accurate and insightful. Analysts play a crucial role in the success of our projects by supporting senior team members and contributing to the overall strategy and execution of deals.
Student Analyst
Our internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the advisory industry. Interns engage in market research, client outreach, and participate in deal calls to learn from industry professionals. Programs are available for full-time summer analysts and flexible part-time fall/spring analysts, working around course schedules.
